Account & Registration

How do I create an account?

Click the "Register" button in the top navigation, choose your account type, and fill in the required information. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

  • Seller: List and sell products in our marketplace
  • Business Owner: Manage business listings, visibility, and customer engagement

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

How do I purchase products?

Browse our marketplace, select a product, choose your quantity and options, and click "Add to Cart". Complete your purchase by proceeding to checkout and entering your payment and delivery information.

How do I add products to my store?

How do I write a review?

Visit the business or product page you want to review, scroll to the reviews section, and click "Write a Review". Share your experience and rating.

Can I edit or delete my review?

Yes! Go to your profile, find your review, and use the edit or delete options. Note that edited reviews will show an "edited" indicator.

What happens if I write a false review?
